еЕЕДОП — Bulgarian electronic ESPD completed in CAIS EOP (Bulgaria)
еЕЕДОП is Bulgaria's electronic implementation of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), generated or attached within CAIS EOP and signed by registered system users.
Definition
еЕЕДОП (Единен европейски документ за обществени поръчки) is the standardized self‑declaration for suitability and exclusion grounds used in Bulgarian public procurement. AOP documentation confirms CAIS EOP provides an e‑form and records the person who signed it and signature validity. ([1]; [2])
How it works in CAIS EOP
The system generates an ЕЕДОП only for the economic operator that submits the application. For consortiums, ЕЕДОПs of other members must be generated separately in the system or attached as signed documents created outside the system. ([1])
Practical consequences
Signing an ЕЕДОП inside CAIS EOP can be done only by a registered user; where a consortium member is not registered, their ЕЕДОП may be uploaded as a signed attachment instead, per AOP guidance. ([1])
