Supplier Directory Registration

ESPPRA's Supplier Directory Registration collects supplier contact and capability details for a publicly published list intended to help Procuring Entities identify potential vendors.

What it does

ESPPRA's Supplier Directory Registration collects information on suppliers who currently provide or who wish to provide goods, works and services to Procuring Entities. Registered details are compiled into a publicly accessible list on the Agency website intended to improve visibility of vendors to Procuring Entities and to promote competition.

How it differs from procuring-entity prequalification

The Directory is a centrally maintained information repository and is distinct from formal prequalification, shortlisting or approval processes that Procuring Entities may run for specific procurements. Being listed does not by itself confer eligibility, approval or a contract award.

Practical consequence for a supplier

On registration the Agency sends a confirmation email with further instructions. ESPPRA states the Directory aims to assist Procuring Entities to achieve the maximum competition principle; suppliers should treat listing as increased visibility rather than a procurement guarantee.
