Regjistrimi i operatorit ekonomik — Economic operator registration in e‑Prokurimi (Kosovo)

What it does

Registration creates a user account for an economic operator inside the national e‑procurement system. Applicants complete organisation and user fields, accept the system terms during registration and then receive an activation e‑mail; after following the activation link the user gains access to the electronic procurement system and its functions.

Roles and functions

On registration the first user receives the predefined role "Admin OE". That administrator can create additional organisation users, assign roles and receive procurement documentation for the organisation. The manual lists features available after registration such as advanced search, an organisational inbox and automated e‑mail notifications.

Practical consequence for a supplier

Suppliers must register and activate an account to use platform functions such as document receipt and submissions. Kosovo‑registered operators may enter a fiscal number that the manual says can auto‑populate core organisation fields via the tax authority lookup. Password rules and an e‑mail confirmation step are specified in the registration manual.
