E‑Prokurimi is Kosovo's national electronic procurement platform, owned and operated by the Komisioni Rregullativ i Prokurimit Publik (KRPP), supporting notice publication and transactions.
Function
E‑Prokurimi is the national electronic procurement platform of the Republic of Kosovo, owned, operated and administered by the Komisioni Rregullativ i Prokurimit Publik (KRPP). The platform supports publication of procurement information and the electronic execution of procurement transactions, including exchange of procurement documents and server‑referenced timestamps for time‑sensitive actions.
Accounts and roles
User accounts are created only after the user accepts the system terms and conditions; access is secured by the account credentials selected during registration. The system assigns predefined user roles with corresponding rights (for example roles that allow creating organisational users or receiving documentation).
Use by suppliers
Businesses must register and activate an account to access tender documents and submit offers through the platform. Registration involves accepting the user agreement and following an activation link sent by e‑mail. The platform uses server time as the reference for time‑limited procurement actions and KRPP states it may monitor traffic for security.
