e-GP Supplier Registration — Zambia
e-GP Supplier Registration is the online process for suppliers to create a supplier profile on Zambia's e-GP system, supplying company identifiers and selecting UNSPSC commodity codes.
What the registration collects
Suppliers may self-register an organisation profile on the e‑GP system by providing a company registration number and Tax Payer's Identification Number (TPIN). The registration flow on ZPPA's supplier guide shows that the system can retrieve company data from PACRA/ZRA (OSSIS) and allows manual entry when a record is not found.
UNSPSC selection and administrator account
During registration a supplier may select UNSPSC commodity codes (the guide shows up to five codes) and must register a Supplier Admin with mandatory contact and login details (first name, last name, username, password, email and country are listed as required fields).
Validation and fee payment
The supplier registration record must be validated by the System Administrator and the registration fee paid before the account is activated. The guide documents payment options: online debit/credit card, internet transfer or cash deposit (Zanaco) and shows the system displays a pending‑validation message until activation.
