Dynamic market — Procurement Act 2023
A dynamic market is a list of qualified suppliers eligible for future procurements under the UK Procurement Act 2023. It remains open to new members.
Membership and contracts
Admission establishes that a supplier meets the market’s conditions for membership. A market may have separate parts, and eligibility can be limited to the parts for which the supplier qualifies. Membership is not an award of a purchasing contract.
Participating
Review the membership conditions and the process for applying. Once admitted, monitor the relevant competitions and respond to their requirements. Joining the market does not remove the need to compete for work.
Different from a framework
A dynamic market is not simply another name for a framework agreement or a legacy dynamic purchasing system. These arrangements have different legal structures and rules. Check the notice and the regime under which the arrangement was established before deciding how to join or compete.
