Historical and live, refreshed daily from national sources.
CPV, UNSPSC, CPC and national systems, mapped and normalised.
The bridge that lets a Spanish CPV match a Peruvian UNSPSC.
Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia, in one normalised model.
Some teams run ten markets. Some need every department on its own workspace with its own pipeline. Some want the data flowing into their own systems, not another dashboard. That is not a bigger tier, it is a different agreement, and we shape it around your structure.
Pricing shaped by markets, seats and departments. 30-minute call, no slideware.
Because a supplier bids where they can deliver. One well-covered market, with its tenders, buyers, award history and competition fully normalised, is worth more than a shallow feed of fifty. You pick the country that matches where you actually win work, and add neighbours as monthly add-ons when you expand. You are never paying for coverage you do not use.
A portal lists what is open. It cannot tell you which tenders you can realistically win, who the incumbent is, how competitively the buyer runs its awards, or what similar contracts closed at. Otnox scores every tender against your profile and layers on buyer history and competition, so the work becomes deciding what to bid on, not reading notices all day. The portal is the raw feed; Otnox is the judgement on top of it.
Your category fit, the buyer's past behaviour (repeat suppliers, how often a newcomer wins, the single-bidder rate), the size and shape of the contract against what you usually deliver, and how crowded the field tends to be. The score is a starting filter, not a verdict. It lifts the tenders worth a closer look to the top, so you spend your week on the right three instead of the wrong thirty.
Every tender comes straight from the official source, the national procurement portal or the EU feed, normalised into one consistent model across all markets. Values and deadlines are shown exactly as the notice states them, in the original currency, never re-labelled or converted behind your back. When a field is missing at source, we show it as missing rather than guessing. You always bid on the primary record, and the source link is one click away.
Everyday use, meaning browsing, search, filtering and the standard match score, never touches credits. Credits are only spent on heavy, on-demand analysis: a deep buyer briefing, a bid or no-bid report, a full market study. Premium includes 50 a month, which covers normal decision-making comfortably; if a busy month runs you low, you top up a pack without changing plan. You always see the credit cost before you run one.
Everything above the Premium base, whether extra markets, extra users, more pipelines or monitoring projects, is a clear monthly line at checkout and inside the product, priced before anything is charged. No bundles you have to buy into, no per-seat surprises, no usage bill at the end of the month. Your invoice follows your actual footprint, and you can add or remove any line as your team changes.
When the add-ons stop being the right shape: you are running many markets at once, need each department in its own workspace with its own budget and pipeline, want the data flowing into your own systems over the API, or require SSO, an NDA, data-residency terms and a signed SLA. At that point it is a different agreement shaped around your structure, not a bigger tier. If you are unsure, start on Premium; moving up later loses nothing.
No long-term contract on Trial or Premium: monthly billing, cancel any time, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices exclude VAT; the applicable rate is added at checkout based on your billing country and VAT status. Enterprise agreements are shaped individually. And the 7-day trial needs no card, so if you do not continue, nothing is charged.
Otnox scores every public tender against your profile: buyers, cycles, competition, win odds.
