When one plan is not enough.
Some teams run ten markets. Some need every department on its own workspace with its own pipeline. Some want the data flowing into their own systems, not another dashboard. That is not a bigger tier, it is a different agreement, and we shape it around your structure.
- Any number of markets under one agreement
- Separate workspaces, budgets and pipelines per department
- Full API access and scheduled data exports
- Custom market onboarding & dedicated support
Pricing shaped by markets, seats and departments. 30-minute call, no slideware.
Frequently asked questions
Monthly and Annual passes include monitoring, email alerts, Telegram notifications and deadline reminders for your selected markets. Daily and Weekly passes are for on-demand research, document analysis and comparison. Automated deliveries stop when paid access ends.
No. Availability depends on the country, procurement portal and individual tender. Otnox displays source documents where they are available. Document analysis and requirement checks need accessible, readable files; a pass does not unlock files restricted by the original portal.
Every pass opens procurement intelligence in its included markets: requirements, risks, competition and previous awards. Choose 1 market with the Daily pass, up to 3 markets with the Weekly or Monthly pass, or up to 10 markets with the Annual pass. AI reading and contact allowances also depend on your pass. Monthly and Annual also include archive browsing, export, bulk actions and MCP / API access.
Intelligence you opened stays available on your account. New tenders and profiles require a new pass. Search, tender details and buyer summaries remain available with a free account. Automatic alerts, reminders and API access stop when paid access expires.
Daily and Weekly passes are one-off purchases. Monthly and Annual passes can renew automatically; you can switch renewal off. Turning off renewal keeps access until the end of the paid period.
The Daily pass includes 20 AI document analyses, and the Weekly pass includes 50. Monthly and Annual passes include up to 300 analyses per month. Contact allowances are shown separately in the comparison table.
Yes. A free account gives you search, tender details and buyer summaries. Winner identities, winning prices and the full intelligence require a pass.
