TenderNed — Dutch procurement platform
TenderNed is the Dutch government’s procurement system, combining a publication platform with an application for conducting procurement electronically.
Publication and participation
TenderNed makes notices discoverable, while its transaction functions can support the competition itself. A buyer can also choose another tendering system. Finding a notice on TenderNed therefore does not automatically mean that the offer must be uploaded there.
Supplier workflow
Read the notice, follow the document and submission links, and register the business on the system that will actually be used. Check the closing date and communications arrangements before preparing the response.
What the account does not prove
Registration provides access to a workflow. The buyer still examines the requirements applicable to the supplier and evaluates the offer under the published conditions. Keep these questions separate: where the opportunity was advertised, where the response is submitted, and whether the business and proposed solution satisfy the procurement requirements.
