What it does

The Εγγραφή Οικονομικού Φορέα page creates an organisation record within the e‑PPS by collecting standard company and contact information. The registration form includes country selection, a VAT field with an option to retrieve data from VIES, organisation name, company type, identity and company registration numbers, address, email and telephone.

Distinction from tender submission

Registration establishes the organisation record used on the portal and is a separate action from submitting a tender response. The e‑PPS homepage also presents separate help material titled 'Πώς να υποβάλετε Απάντηση σε Διαγωνισμό', indicating different pages for submission guidance.

Practical points for suppliers

The registration interface requests SME classification and company activity description and marks required fields with an asterisk. Suppliers should provide accurate identifiers where VIES retrieval is used; the page includes a captcha and buttons to approve and continue or cancel.
