What it is
The DoFA Opportunities page is the Department of Finance & Administration’s public portal that publishes current and past procurement notices, guidance and downloadable job, consultancy and tender documents. The site shows separate sections for Current Opportunities and Past Opportunities and provides a contact link for assistance or feedback ([1]).
How it differs
DoFA’s page aggregates notices published on the national finance agency’s website but does not itself substitute for implementing agencies’ REOI or TOR documents. Project REOIs show implementing agencies such as the Department of Resources & Development (DRD) or NORMA issuing or collaborating on assignments (REOI: Consultancy Services to Establish a Fisheries Data Collection and Storage Framework, FM-NORMA-539887) ([2]).
Consequence for a supplier
Suppliers should use the DoFA page to locate and download published opportunity documents, note whether an opportunity is current or past, and follow the submission instructions and contact details stated in each specific REOI or TOR rather than assuming DoFA is the contracting authority ([1]).
