Ge-GP — the unified electronic procurement system (Georgia)

Ge‑GP (სახელმწიფო შესყიდვების ერთიანი ელექტრონული სისტემა) is Georgia's unified procurement platform that hosts notices, transactional modules and user manuals for electronic procurement.

What it does

The unified electronic procurement system publishes procurement notices and provides the transactional modules used to run electronic procurements. SPA materials and the manuals list modules such as SMP, CTD, ePLAN and ranking, together with module‑specific user guides.

Distinction

The platform is the technical, transactional environment for posting notices, managing profiles and receiving proposals. The SPA appears alongside the system on the official site as the agency issuing methodological guidance and operating training and support.

Practical consequence for a supplier

Suppliers must use the system’s modules and follow the published user guides to prepare profiles and submit offers. Specific actions (for example CTD planning or uploading registration/legal documents) are carried out in the relevant module described in the manuals.
