Bidder Registration and Profile Management — Nepal (e‑GP)
e‑GP registration on Bolpatra requires visiting www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, uploading company and personal documents, and awaiting PPMO (Super User) approval to activate the account.
What it is
Registration on the e‑GP portal requires visiting www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, entering organization and personal details, and uploading supporting documents such as firm/company registration certificate, tax registration and power of attorney. An email activation link is sent; the registration request is sent to PPMO and must be approved by a Super User before the account is activated.
How it differs from profile management
Registration creates the bidder account; profile management is a post‑approval activity where the bidder completes organizational profile fields including personnel, financial statements, contract details, litigations and equipment lists as described in the PPMO guidance.
Practical consequence for a supplier
After Super User approval and account activation a bidder can log into Bolpatra and, as described by the PPMO guidance, perform profile management, bid/proposal submission, contract awarding, complaint raising and payment management through the e‑GP system.
