BBG‑Portal — Central access portal for BBG services, Austria
The BBG‑Portal is BBG’s central login and rights‑management hub: one registration lets users manage profiles and request access to BBG applications like the e‑Shop and e‑Reisen.
What it is
The BBG‑Portal is the BBG’s central authentication and service hub for customers and suppliers. With a single registration users can manage personal and organisational profiles centrally and use the portal to request or manage permissions for BBG applications such as the e‑Shop and the e‑Reisen tool.
How it differs from the e‑Shop/ANKÖ
The portal handles access and role management but is not the publication host for tender dossiers. The BBG states that tender documents can be downloaded via the ANKÖ‑Vergabeportal and that registering on the BBG‑Portal does not automatically grant application rights; rights must be applied for per application.
Practical consequence for suppliers and customers
Registration follows the portal flow ("Ich bin neu hier") and requires e‑mail validation; BBG confirmation of registration is stated to occur on working days within 30 minutes. After confirmation users must use the portal's "APPS" area to request app rights and await approval.
