ARMEPS — Armenian electronic procurement system
ARMEPS is Armenia’s transactional e‑procurement platform for e‑tendering: supplier registration, electronic tender preparation and submission, and participation in e‑auction events.
What it does
ARMEPS is the Republic of Armenia’s transactional e‑procurement platform. The ARMEPS Economic Operator user manual documents Economic Operator registration; preparation, packing and upload of tender returns; electronic submission; and operation of electronic auction events, including lowest‑price and MEAT auction modes.
Distinction from the public portal
ARMEPS functions as the transactional system where suppliers register and submit bids. It is separate from the Ministry of Finance’s public procurement portal, which publishes notices, legislation, complaint decisions and barred‑supplier lists.
Practical consequence for suppliers
Suppliers who wish to take part in electronic procurement procedures must register an Economic Operator account in ARMEPS and use the platform’s tender‑preparation and submission tools; the system records submissions and issues confirmations as shown in the user interface and manual.
