Registro Unico dei Fornitori (Unified Supplier Register) — San Marino

Central register maintained by ASE‑CC SpA; firms register via the Camera di Commercio portal to record information requested for participation in public procurement.

What the Registro Unico is

The Registro Unico dei Fornitori is the supplier register kept by ASE‑CC SpA. Firms start registration on the Camera di Commercio portal (registroimprese.camcom.sm) by opening a new practice under "Appalti Pubblici – Iscrizione al Registro Unico dei Fornitori" and selecting the desired section.

Registration and required information

The practice requires company and legal‑representative data. Information such as equipment, organico (staff) for the last three years, principal works/services and triennial turnover must be provided: these items are obligatory for the Opere section (or both sections) and voluntary for Beni e servizi.

Administrative obligations and renewal

The register applies the minimum entrepreneurial requirement (one or more permanent employees except for individual firms). Certain certificates must be produced in original and sent to ASE‑CC; changes must be notified and annual renewal documentation is required under the Regolamento n.6/2023.
