Leeston library demolition & Leeston medical centre refurbishment

Selwyn District Council is seeking an experienced main contractor to deliver temporary accommodation and associated infrastructure to enable the continued operation of the Leeston Medical Centre during construction works. The project includes the demolition of the former Leeston Library and Services Centre, together with minor internal refurbishments, seismic strengthening, weatherproofing upgrades, and re-roofing of the medical practice building. The works are intended to bring the facility into compliance with current Building Code requirements and relevant regulatory standards
