HSE will establish a Research, Evaluation and Insight framework of 3 suppliers, taken from shortlisted providers on a GCA DPS (RM6126), that will be structured into three methodologically based Lots: • Lot A - Quantitative research and analysis • Lot B - Qualitative research and secondary analysis • Lot C - Combined or unspecified methods
