HSE People Strategy

The HSE people strategy focuses on three themes: attract, develop and retain and is ultimately geared towards supporting the delivery of the HSE strategic ambition of ensuring HSE is a great place to work and we attract and retain exceptional people. We would now like to engage a supplier to help us create a bespoke People Strategy for 2026-2029, that is evidence-informed, dynamic and compelling to support delivery against HSE ambitions. Required activities • Analysis of data and information • Engagement sessions with key stakeholder • Create draft strategy for discuss and engagement • Produce final strategy document, including 1 year action plan
