FCDO Port Louis New HC Residence Project RIBA Stage 4 Design Peer Review Services

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) sought services to undertake the RIBA Stage 2 Design Peer review for the British High Commission project in Suva, Fiji. Seven suppliers were invited to submit quotations for provision of the abovementioned service. The procurement was conducted as a below-threshold competitive quotation exercise with evaluation taken on a like-for-like basis against the project requirements, including programme compliance and fee proposal. The contract was awarded to the supplier submitting the lowest compliant quotation. Pick Everard were appointed as the Successful Supplier.
