Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, and Learning (MEAL): Component 4 of the Building State Effectiveness and Accountability (BSEA) Programme

BSEA is a 6-year, £19.7 million programme which aims to strengthen state institutional capacity to implement public policy. This would lead to more effective service delivery, better policy making and increased opportunities for international trade. This is a cross-cutting programme that can work across sectors but with a significant focus on public administration reform/institutional reform and public financial management
