The University is seeking a provider of media monitoring and analytics services to support the University’s Communications team. The successful Respondent will provide comprehensive monitoring of the New Zealand media landscape, including print, broadcast and online media, and may also offer additional services such as monitoring for Large Language Models, podcasts, international media, translation of media monitoring or other. The service will support the University to monitor media coverage, understand audience reach and impact, assess public sentiment, identify emerging issues, and report on strategic communications activity.
