Description

For a structural engineering consultancy to assist the Council with its statutory obligations and maintain regulatory compliance. This is required to: • Independently validate and consolidate existing structural information; • Produce regulator ready structural safety reports; • Strengthen Safety Case documentation in line with updated national standards; • Avoid enforcement action or reputational risk; • Demonstrate continued proactive management of structural safety.
