The aim of this preliminary notice is to find suppliers operating in the field, obtain information about solutions available on the market, and inform about the plans and requirements of the upcoming procurement. MARKET DIALOGUE VE may, at its discretion, propose further market dialogue discussions with those who have responded to this notice. The request for information does not obligate the contracting entity to carry out the actual procurement, and the decision to initiate a possible procurement procedure will be made separately. The request for information and the responses to it do not bind either party. Responding or not responding to the request for information does not affect the supplier's position in a possible future tender. No compensation will be paid for participation in the market dialogue.,
