The procurement consists of: • 3 pieces of Bellow unit MUSIC (VC-1572289-A-V02-) • 16 pieces of Bellow unit GEM-TPC (VC-1572289-A-000-) The bellows assemblies shall be manufactured according to the enclosed technical drawings (Annexes 1 and 2) and shall be suitable for demanding high vacuum applications.,
