Supply and Maintenance Contract for Corporate CRM

THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL. This contract has been awarded to a single supplier by way of a Direct Award under the KCS Procurement Services Framework Agreement Y23065 - Software Products and Associated Services. The contract is for the continued provision of the Verint Engagement Management Professional Local Government Platform, a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, including software licences, support, maintenance and associated services. The contract supports the Council's customer services operations through the management of customer enquiries, interactions, case management, knowledge management, reporting and associated CRM functionality.
