1. The National Theatre of Ghana invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered Supplier for the supply and delivery and of Stationery items. 2. Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended and is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Quotations must be delivered by prospective suppliers through the Ghana electronic procurement system by logging on to www.ghaneps.gov.gh with their respective username and password to access the Tender. 4. Quotations must be delivered through the above ghaneps website on or before 12:30pm on June 11, 2026. 5. Quotations shall be opened electronically on the Ghana electronic procurement system. ghaneps on June 11, 2026, at 1:00pm

It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents:

• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. • Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable). • Valid Business Registration Certificate • Valid Certificate of Incorporation • Valid Certificate of Commencement. • Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
