Sealed Quotation No: GA/NTG/PQ/GD/002/26 Date of Invitation: 23 June 2026 1. The National Theatre of Ghana invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered Supplier for the supply and delivery of 2. 2 pieces of Industrial Sewing Machine, 1 piece of Over Lock Machine and 1 piece of 20kg Industrial Washing Machine.

3. Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

4. Quotations must be delivered by prospective supplies through the Ghana Electronic procurement system (Ghaneps) by logging on to www.ghaneps.gov.gh with their respective username and password to access the tender.

5. Quotations must be delivered through the above ghaneps website on or before 11:00am on July 3 2026.

6. Quotation shall be opened electronically through ghaneps on July 3 2026 at 11:30am.

9. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents:

• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. • Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable). • Valid Business Registration Certificate • Valid Certificate of Incorporation • Valid Certificate of Commencement. • Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
