The current wall system is structurally inadequate and poses safety risks due to the poor original installation. Make good and recoat affected areas to match existing finishes. Where necessary remove curtain system and reinstate on completion. Reinstate and test curtain operation to original/current working order and ensure all fixings and brackets altered during replacement works are secure upon completion Remove all waste materials and leave the area clean and operational on completion of each staged works. Floor protection will be required for the work area as new coating is to be applied. Works will not be able to be carried out during this period of December 21st through to January 5th.
