Provision of a data platform and equipment to facilitate the issue of Concessionary tickets

This is a 2 year agreement with Yorcard the Hull City Council's (the Authority) current provider of a Integrated Transport Smartcard Organisation (ITSO) Data storage and Management services for the smart cards issued in English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS). The contract is from1st April 2023 until 31st March 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the works to be £63,600 overall
