To award a contract to ROL Solutions Ltd t/a GovMetric CX for the provision of Govmetrix CX customer feedback and citizen experience improvement platform via the CCS GCloud 14 framework for a period of 3 years with one option to extend for a further 12 months subject to performance and need. Contract to commence 1st July 2026 to expire 30th June 2029. Contract value £53,997.00 (excluding extension option).
