Proposed Refurbishment of the Oti Regional office of the Ghana Statistical Service

The construction of the Oti Regional Office started in 2024. Currently the structural frame for the ground floor is completed. The proposed 2025 refurbishment is to provide finishes to the walls, floors and the ceiling. Hence the floors of one office room, the conference room, the reception and the corridor as well as the washroom will receive tilling. The electrical system will be installed and connected to the national power grid. Some plumbing works will be carried out. The windows will be glazed and grilles provided for security. Glazed doors and wooden doors shall be installed. Some internal and external painting will climax the finishes to walls and ceiling.
