Maintenance Services

Joint Procurement by Oaklee Housing Association (“Oaklee”) and Housing Association for Integrated Living (“HAIL”) of Contractors to undertake Responsive Maintenance including Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property Works, Major, Planned and Refurbishment Works and Cyclical Servicing and Maintenance of Heating and Electrical Installation to their housing stock located in 5 geographical groupings of Counties in Ireland, The Contracts will be for an initial 2 year period, with Oaklee and HAIL having the option to extend the contracts for a further 2 year period and with a further option to extend for another 1 year, giving a potential duration of 5 years. OAKLEE: Lot 1: North West – within Counties of Donegal, Leithrim and Sligo, Lot 2: Dublin and Region - in the City of Dublin and the Counties of Fingal, South Dublin and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Lot 3: North East - within the Counties of Monaghan, Louth, Cavan, Meath and Westmeath, Lot 4: Central - in the Counties of Offaly, Laois and Kildare, Lot 5: South - in the Counties of Tipperary, Kilkenny, Carlow, Cork, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow. HAIL: Lot 1: North West – within the Counties of Galway and Sligo, Lot 2: Dublin and Region - in the City of Dublin and the Counties of Fingal, South Dublin and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Lot 3: North East - within the County of Louth, Lot 4: Central - in the Counties of Offaly, Limerick, Laois and Kildare, Lot 5: South - in the County of Wicklow
