Main Contractor for Kaeo School (the School) – 1, 2, 5, 6, 8: Fire alarm upgrade and potential additional rights

This RFT is for a main contractor only. Tenders for separate portions of the works will not be considered in any instance. The scope of works includes replacing the type 2 fire alarm system to a type 4 fire alarm system, providing emergency lighting and accessibility construction works. The Contract Works will be delivered in one stage, wholly within school holiday period December 2026/January 2027 Christmas holidays – with an option to finish off works in the 2027 term 1 holidays if required. Additional rights for other projects of a lower value are included in this tender.
