Information for sales offer / Pyrolysis plant primarily designed for the carbonization of sewage sludge This document is not a procurement announcement, not a request for quotation, not an invitation to negotiation, nor will its publication start a tender competition. Helsinki Regional Environmental Services Authority (later also "HSY") is selling a pyrolysis plant. The plant has been installed in 2019/2020 and its capacity is circa 450 kg/h. Detailed technical information for the facility is provided in an annex to the notification. The purpose of this notice is to inform interested purchasers about the upcoming sales tender and, give further information on the pyrolyse plant in question. Participation in this information request (RFI) is in no way binding on any party in any future sales tender. Interested parties who refrain from participating in this RFI may also participate in future competitive bidding.
