The Ministry of Justice is seeking a supplier, or supplier-led consortium, to provide a comprehensive suite of wellbeing support services for approximately 5,000 kaimahi across Aotearoa New Zealand. The services are intended to support the psychological health, resilience and wellbeing of our people (kaimahi), and to help minimise the risk of psychosocial harm arising from the nature of the Ministry’s work. Required services include Employee Assistance Programme counselling, including support for immediate whānau where applicable, Rongoā Māori, manager assist, post-trial debriefing, professional supervision, onsite or embedded workplace support, critical incident and trauma response, and clinical assessments for fitness for work.
