Contract 2026-03 Horowhenua Bus Network Services

Horizons seek to engage a suitably qualified operator to deliver public transport services for the region of Horowhenua. The focus on these services is the regional connection between communities, rather than an urban service. The bus services will commence on 7 December 2026 and operate for 3 years, with options to extend. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential regional connections to communities within the Horowhenua region. Public transport is becoming more important as we respond to the challenges of growth, climate change and the current cost of living.
