Advance Notice - Student Accommodation Asset Development Plan

Massey University wishes to advise the market of an upcoming opportunity for suppliers appointed to either the All-of-Government (AoG) Construction Consultancy Services Panel, or the All-of-Government Property Consultancy Services Panel to develop a comprehensive Student Accommodation Strategic Asset Management Plan. The plan will support future investment decision-making across the University's accommodation portfolio through a strategic assessment of student accommodation assets located across Massey's campuses. The engagement is expected to include an assessment of asset condition, utilisation, capacity, demand forecasting, financial performance, and investment opportunities, culminating in the development of a long-term strategic roadmap to guide future accommodation planning and investment decisions. The resulting plan will provide a robust evidence base to support the University's future accommodation strategy and capital investment priorities. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be released via VendorPanel on 14 August 2026.
