In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and having obtained the necessary prior approval from the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) for the use of Restricted Tendering for the procurement of vehicles. The Ghana Commodity Exchange (GCX) intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of Vehicles.
