1. The Ghana Commodity Exchange intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to fund the procurement for office partitioning and Decor. The Ghana Commodity Exchange hereby invites sealed Quotations from Contractors for the partitioning and decoration of office space. The Exchange is relocating to the 5th floor of Tower 1 of the Finance Drive. GCX seeks to engage a competent contractor capable of delivering this project within the agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This project aims to deliver a modern, functional, and aesthetically refined corporate environment aligned with GCX’s brand identity and operational requirements. The scope of work includes interior fabrication, wall treatments, carpeting, partition enhancements, custom furniture installations, lighting upgrades, branding elements, and final finishing works. All installations are to be executed to professional commercial standards, ensuring durability, functionality, and a high-quality corporate finish.
