Auckland Botanic Gardens is seeking an experienced concessionaire to provide end-to-end event management of four premium outdoor event sites: The Glade, Rock Garden, Edible Walled Garden and Herb Garden. The successful operator will manage bookings, customer enquiries, payments, marketing, event coordination, manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers, site compliance and event delivery, while protecting the gardens and ensuring a high-quality visitor experience. The objective is to increase activation, visitation and revenue opportunities while reducing operational pressures on Gardens staff and improving customer experience through a professional event management service and various packages to customers. Suppliers intending to participate in this procurement must notify Auckland Council of their interest via GETS by 5pm October 9, 2026.
