Nature and Description of Service: Waitemata District Health Board is calling for responses to this Request for Tender from organisations with expertise and experience to supply, install, commission & maintain air-conditioning units at various Waitemata DHB locations. Project Details Waitemata DHB is inviting submissions from interested parties to provide prices for the following: North Shore Hospital: Lump sum, fixed price for supply, installation, commissioning of air-conditioning units in Ward 14 and Ward 15 at North Shore Hospital as per the Scoping Document and Pricing Schedule. Waitakere Hospital: Lump sum, fixed price for supply, installation, commissioning of air-conditioning units on the ground floor of the Health West Building at Waitakere Hospital as per the Scoping Document and Pricing Schedule. Other WDHB Locations: Unit rates for potential additional units to be supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained as per the Scoping Document and Pricing Schedule. The unit rates should be valid till 30 June 2017.
