Description
The Ministry intends to undertake an assessment of Government of Ghana’s (GoG) holdings in Airtel Ghana Ltd (AT) and its subsidiary PPL Net Ghana Limited and Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited (Telecel Ghana Limited). This assessment is intended to provide the GoG adequate information on the current state of the two companies to enable the shareholder make strategic decisions.
The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations (MoCDTI), now requests sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from eligible shortlisted Firms.
