The key objective is to secure and deploy a robust, reliable backup connection between New Zealand and Sydney. The proposed outcomes of this procurement are: Delivery of international backup capacity between existing REANNZ routers in New Zealand and Sydney. A cost-effective solution that improves on the current supply arrangement while maintaining sufficient capacity to ensure a high-quality user experience for our members. Equivalent or improved levels of fault resilience compared to the existing solution.
