To develop a centralised notification system, Weather Information Notification System (WINS), as a reliable and secure IT platform for Meteorological Service Singapore ("MSS") to disseminate weather information and notification alerts. The contract period for this tender is a total of 9 years and 5 months which comprise 14 months development, 3 months of performance guarantee period, 1 year warranty period and 7 years of maintenance and support services.
