The Provision of Maintenance Service to National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh

The Contractor shall be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the Facility as agreed with the NOHC and set out in the Works Requirements. This excludes maintenance of IT equipment and clinical/medical equipment, and preventative maintenance on various systems.The deliverables are as per Volume A Works Requirements.
