Tenderers are invited to provide consultancy services to review the current STE workforce in the Public Service and recommend shifts for a future-ready workforce. This includes reviewing workforce practices (e.g. career pathways, talent development), identifying gaps, and proposing evidence-based improvements based on industry trends and good practices. The study should be completed within 4-8 months.
