The Contracting Authority are seeking to appoint a service provider to provide opportunity led workshops that utilises creative play-based methods to enhance and support young people's social, emotional and mental health at Oberstown Children Detention Campus. Under the Children Act 2001 (s.158),the contracting authority is required to provide supports and programmes to young people having regard to their health, safety, welfare and interests, including their physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. The provision of this service is essential to meet this requirement.
