Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB) Acquisition of materials for public days. The Kibungo Level Two Teaching Hospital (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by Government of Rwanda through kibungo level teaching hospital towards the cost of Acquisition of materials for public days The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. The Kibungo Level Two Teaching Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Purchase of medical supplies and materials as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. 1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the e-procurement system from the date of the publication of this tender. 2. This tender requires the payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs as tender document fees, which will be deposited to the account that the e-procurement system will provide after making the declaration to RRA of purchase of the tender document related to this tender. 3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Kibungo Level Teaching Hospital through the e-procurement system. 4. Well-prepared and presented bids must be presented in one copy and must reach at Kibungo Level Teaching Hospital though the e-procurement system not later than the date and time mentioned in the e-procurement system. Late bids will be rejected by the e-procurement system of e procurement. 5. Bids will be opened online through e procurement system in the presence of bidders at the time of the submission of the bids. 6.
