Teaming Tool (Gallup) Implementation and Facilitation Partner

Kāinga Ora has an aspiration to be a high-performing organisation where people are supported to do their best work. Leaders and teams need practical tools to understand how they work best, value diverse strengths and work effectively together. Kāinga Ora has previously used a range of teaming tools, including Gallup CliftonStrengths, which has been viewed favourably by our kaimahi. Kāinga Ora has procured 1,000 Gallup CliftonStrengths licences and the CliftonStrengths Team Grid platform and is seeking a facilitation and implementation partner to support.
